Visual Inspection
The visual inspection is obviously a key part of our inspection process. We welcome you to walk along with us as we inspect your property. While a visual inspection is great, some sampling is required when creating the profile of your environment.
AIR Sampling.
Air Sampling is a key part of our inspection.
Air samples are especially important with POST remediation inspections.
Surface Sampling
Identifying Mold and it's viability are key to establishing your IAQ profile.
We then will write up a full report with our recommendations for a solution to solve your mold problems. Surface samples are recommended when visible mold is found in conjunction with air samples.
